Hello Lovelies,

I’ll be away on vacation starting Wednesday, December 19th, and won’t return until Wednesday, January 2nd, 2008!! My postings will be limited. Sorry! I’ll be joining my PHB (Purse Hating Boyfriend) in Hong Kong where I’ll be shopping to my heart’s content (and boy, do I have a big heart). Then we will be basking in the sun in Thailand (with a full armor of sun protection, of course) where my good friend from High school is getting married! Congrats, Mimi & Kachit!

I’m not sure why I never noticed this bag before. Maybe it was just added to the sale today, but it is gorgeous! I like the slightly cracked patent leather and the functional zipper details (isn’t it annoying when you see zippers on bags that just do absolutely nothing?). Patent is so in this fall and will continue to be a hit this spring. One can never have too many black bags, right? The gold detail (silver is so yesterday) is just so luxurious that you will wow everyone with this gorgeous bag. I can’t justify spending money on these at this time in my life, but they are sure nice to look at!

Love the La Prairie Caviar Luxe Cream? Get the cream WITH an jeweled 2400 Swarovski crystal encrusted jar & case! I’m really not sure what I would do with this and there are certainly better ways to spend $2k (like on a Chanel!) but hey if you have money burning… you can look at something extraordinarily beautiful every night when you put on your face cream! By the way, the face cream by itself is also available for $350 via Neimans for the 1.7oz (same size as the one in the jeweled case). I’ve tried a few samples of it so can’t really give an accurate review but it does make my skin feel baby soft the next morning. The La Prairie Jeweled Skin Caviar Luxe Cream is available via Neiman Marcus for $2000.

I’ve been eying the Bobbi Brown pink truck with all the Bobbi Brown goodies you can dream of for a long time. Not to buy… as I simply cannot use so many Bobbi Brown products (I like variety in my makeup/skincare). I always thought that this would be the perfect present for a makeup newbie or simply a Bobbi Brown junkie! It’s now sold out… so I guess this mega case was a good move for Bobbi Brown to make for the holidays. It was exclusive to Neimans for $2000.

Nothing can replace my girlfriends. The boys come and go, but girlfriends remain an integral part of my life.
