My lip gloss obsessed self is drooling over yet another holiday stocking stuffer lip gloss set - the Chantecaille lip gloss set. Chantecaille is one of the most luxurious makeup brands that you can be dripping in.

I normally don’t buy lip gloss sets because 1) I’m not sure why but I prefer my makeup/products to be full sized unless I am traveling and 2) there is at least 1 color in the set that I’ll never use so I feel that it is a waste buying the entire set. This is not the case with Chantecaille! While I can’t change the size of the mini lip glosses, the colors are great! I will wear every color in this set!

The Net-A-Porter holiday sale has started!! I spent about 2 hours yesterday going through every item of the sale. One of my favorite (among many) bags on sale is the Miu Miu Satin Mini Clutch. Miu Miu is totally on a roll lately and I love most of the bags that they have out.

This clutch will make any LBD pop. I love wearing black with a different colored bag to bring attention to my bag (since it is the most important accessory you can wear besides your wedding/engagement ring, if you have one). A black clutch will totally get washed out in the background unless it is super stand outdish with exotic or crystals or something. Everything about the clutch is so cute and functional from the size, the satin strap that is able to be tucked away, and the tab fastening on top. I can see myself wearing this to many parties and bars for many years to come. Gray is the hottest color of the season and is always in fashion.

There is just something about Chanel nail polishes that has me collecting practically every limited edition color. For one, the colors are just so special that you cannot find a substitute elsewhere and the quality of the polishes themselves is just superb. My manicures and pedicures definitely last the longest with Chanel polishes that I always bring my own polish to the nail salon.

The next big hit in Chanel nail polish is Blue Satin (461). I have reservations about wearing dark shimmery blue - as I am a conservative girl and like classic, timeless looks (hence that is why I LOVE Chanel) - BUT I think Chanel can pull anything off. I never thought I’d wear black nail polish before Black Satin! Now it is still one of my go-to colors this winter, a year later.

I’m totally dying to try Blue Satin out. Neiman Marcus has it for pre-order right now for $19 with the expected ship date of Dec. 14th! Get yours before they run out because I think this will be a hit!

Claudia Schiffer reunites with Chanel after 20 yrs as the Face of Chanel Spring 2008. Here she is featuring the super hot Ice Cubes pochette. How gorgeous does she look! I certainly can only wish that my body is half as good as hers now! Much less after having 2 kids!

Now, back to the bag. The Chanel Ice Cubes pochette is my favorite “fun” going out bag of Spring 2008. I’m in love with clutches lately and this is the perfect clutch for a night on the town! it even has straps for when you have your hands full (ie going to the bathroom, I hate worrying about where to put my clutches while going to public bathrooms so I prefer them to have shoulder straps even if I don’t use them normally). The Ice Cube pochette features “ice cubes” made of vinyl trimmed with silver lambskin - resembling the iconic Chanel quilted look.

The Ice Cube also comes in a flap and a shopper tote but the pochette is my favorite since I prefer more conservative bags for every day.
